amazing stay at this hotel
separate sinks rainfall shower excellent view
i BOOKED A SUPERIOR ROOM SIDE SEA VIEW for a few nights. The room included TWO separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The VIEW from the balcony was quite excellent. The hotel HAS a water park with several slides, though drinks there cost extra. The pools were very clean.

the RECEPTION STAFF was always ready to assist with anything. the HOTEL offers all-inclusive service, ensuring convenience. the hotel has different dining options, but a la carte restaurants require reservations. the staff are efficient.

the superior room sea view featured a great view the room was clean the bathroom included both a shower and a bathtub buffet breakfast offered various options from fruit to english breakfast the staff prepared omelets on request with various ingredients
some floor cracks were present but did not cause any issues

Decent Hotel, Some Issues
broken air conditioning watered-down drinks
The gym had good equipment, so that met my basic needs.
The room's air conditioning did not work, a significant problem in the heat. I reported it twice, but no one fixed it. This made sleeping difficult. The all-inclusive drinks tasted watered down, so I ended up buying drinks elsewhere.

The all-inclusive food and drinks were amazing. Breakfast and dinner stood out! the staff was very friendly. i especially appreciated the receptionists and cleaners. i loved the bingo and live music after 9 p.m.,! the rooftop bar was quiet, a lovely spot for peaceful wine. i really enjoyed the unlimited alcohol and drinks after 10 p.m. until midnight.
I noticed some areas were less clean. For instance, the bath at the toilet had stains. the gym's jacuzzi wasn't working. also, the water seemed a bit dirty. the jacuzzi at the indoor pool was not functional, and the heater was off.

the hotel provided everything, including a gym, sauna, spa, shop, and indoor pool for various recreational needs. i found the gym to be well-equipped. i also liked the big terrace with two sunbeds. it was really perfect.

The food was good with enough choices every day! the staff was very well-trained, polite, and always attentive. i appreciated the clear descriptions beside each dish. This included possible allergens.

I found the food had a lot of options. The sushi stood out. the rooms were clean daily. i liked the refill of tea and coffee. This was a great bonus for me.
the piped music i couldn't escape, even on the balcony. it competed with the hotel singer. i think noise cancelling headphones are useful for sleeping.

the hotel offers a beachfront location and provides amazing sunsets. there is direct access to the sea. it is a short walk to the nearest sandy beach. the promenade is gorgeous.

the staff members are helpful and friendly. they were very accommodating to requests. there are several bars, including a lobby bar, with many drinks. the staff ensures fresh towels and bedding daily.

the food tasted good, and there were many options. all inclusive drinks are good. meals included sushi, traditional cypriot dishes, italian, greek, and oriental cuisine. the quality was excellent and variety kept every meal exciting.
